• Control of bird (chicken) production over 5 farms

• Factory´s concentrated food production Control.

• inventories of raw materials control (200 references)

• Sales, vehicles and sellers control

• Administrative management of personnel - payroll - social security system.

• Responsible for administrative, personal, accounting and tax control.

• Control of the purchasing area and suppliers

 

Projects:

 

Delipollo chicken grills: As a complement to the poultry production in farms, I executed the design and complete assembly of the project for chain of broiled and broasted chicken restaurants.

 

Systematization control for production and sales: I designed and implemented the computer system for production control in the production plant, inventory control and product control for mass sale in the department of Quindío and north of Valle of Cauca´s department.
