Position:

 

Auditing program coordinator for the project "Bogotá Sin Hambre" - training program for shopkeepers for the IT-SAAB Information System platform, carried out by FENALCO and the UAESP Special Public Services Executive Unit.

​

Functions:

 

• Financial and budget execution control of the project

• Checking of the project execution process adjusted to schedules and indicators compliance

• Management, monitoring and control of auditing groups in the Suba, Sumapaz, Ciudad Bolívar and Barrios Unidos localities in Bogotá D.C.

• Leadership of follow-up meetings with FENALCO - UAESP

• Control reports to the contractor

• Preparation, control and monitoring of follow up minutes.

 

Projects:

Auditing process planning: Design of monitoring protocols based on Project Manager Book standards.

​

Process management: Application of protocols for measurements progress, schedules and compliance factors and / or contingency corrective situations.

​

Training: Training and evaluation of auditing groups for each intervened locality
